Oxford Solutions has an opening with our legal client for a Data Coordinator. HYBRID SCHEDULE IN WHEELING, WV AREA. (temporary, short term need)
Looking for someone with a Bachelor's Degree and great Microsoft Excel skills with at least 6 months of administrative and data entry professional work experience.
In this role you will ensure data quality is maintained through documenting entry requirements, review, reporting and management processes. You will be responsible for maintaining sales, communication and marketing system data integrity.
Responsibilities
- Perform data entry, research, verification and cleansing
- Process data changes in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain cases and assignments info in system
- Design, run and distribute reports
- Update and maintain mailing lists as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Entry level experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerBI preferred.
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
