We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Field Sales Representative to join our dynamic team as we transform the distribution industry. Our platform connects brands, sales reps, and retailers, bringing intelligence and efficiency to an evolving industry.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Build relationships with independent retail stores as the face of RepRally in the field.
2. Introduce new accounts to our platform and grow relationships with existing accounts.
3. Advise customers on our current catalogue, including emerging brands and incentives.
4. Stay up-to-date on the latest brands and pitch them through regular trainings led by the brands themselves.
5. Secure sales orders from customers through the RepRally app to meet targets.
6. Collaborate with leadership on account planning, meeting review, and tactics to close sales and ramp order volume.
7. Address customer inquiries live and resolve issues promptly and professionally to drive a compelling customer experience.
Requirements:
1. Self-starter mindset to quickly learn the RepRally app and drive account growth.
2. Willingness to meet customers in person and make sales.
3. Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries via phone when necessary.
4. Multiple languages are a plus.
