We are offering a contract for an Accounting Clerk position in the Insurance industry. Based in Minnesota, you will join our office-based team and play a crucial role in our Finance Department. Responsibilities:• Accurately and efficiently process customer credit applications.• Maintain precise customer credit records.• Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and effective manner.• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary.• Assist in the preparation of daily check deposits.• Handle processing of manual expense reimbursements.• Provide support in ExpenseNet administrative management.• Assist employees with report submissions.• Manage corporate card administration including ordering new cards, maintaining credit limits, and reconciling accounts.• Perform administrative tasks such as filing, copying, and mailing checks.• Conduct auditing of expense reports.
