SmartTalent is looking to hire a Shipping Specialist for a manufacturer in Renton, WA. Ideal candidate will be motivated to work full time and have international and domestic shipping experience (details below).

TITLE: Shipping Specialist

LOCATION: Renton, WA

SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday, 7am - 3:30pm mandatory OT when needed.

PAY: $24-26

ABOUT THE JOB:

The Shipping Specialist is a hands-on fast-moving role that ensures accurate, efficient and compliant shipments, both domestic and international.

JOB DUTIES:

·Prepare and ship documents for international orders, ensuring compliance requirements are met.

·Pick, pack, and process orders with an emphasis on accuracy.

·Coordinate pickup schedules with logistics partners such as UPS, DHL, and FedEx.

·Maintain detailed shipping records for internal tracking and regulatory compliance.

·Collaborate with warehouse and customer service teams to resolve shipping issues or delays as needed.

·Assist with general warehouse functions to support a smooth, cross-functional workflow.

REQUIREMENTS:

·Good attendance is an absolute must!

·Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Shipping role using UPS Worldship, DHL, etc

·Hands on experience with international shipments and understanding of export regulations and documentation.

·Good PC skills and experience of packages

·Ability to sit or stand for extended periods at a time.

·Previous warehouse/logistics experience.

·Work independently, reviewed infrequently with minimal supervision

·Strong attention to detail.

·Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office.

·Clear written and verbal communication skills.
