Our client is seeking a Sr. Administrative Assistant to support a Senior Executive on a temp to perm basis. - Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
- Prepare and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical
- Order office supplies and handle inventory tracking
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding of employees
- Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reporting
- Support event planning and internal communications
- Perform general clerical duties including data entry, scanning, and copying
- Provide backup support to other administrative staff as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1–3 years of administrative or office experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
