In this pivotal leadership role, you will manage daily operations, coordinate tasks for physicians and staff, and ensure the delivery of high-quality healthcare that aligns with our organizational goals and patient satisfaction standards.
Essential Duties:
- Team Leadership: Supervise clinical staff, including hiring, orientation, performance appraisals, and daily staffing assignments.
- Operations Management: Oversee physician templates and schedules to meet productivity targets and improve patient access.
- Clinical & Admin Support: Serve as a back-up for Medical Assistant (MA) and Front Office (FOS) roles; manage payroll edits and supply ordering.
- Quality & Compliance: Ensure the practice remains compliant with all regulatory agencies (TJC, OSHA, ODH) and conduct regular safety (EOC) rounds.
- Performance Improvement: Develop and monitor data projects to improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency.
- Patient Experience: Foster a welcoming, professional environment through exceptional customer service.
- Experience: 3–5 years of experience in a physician practice; management experience highly preferred.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field or Medical Assistant (MA) certification preferred.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in EMR systems and Microsoft Office.
- Leadership: Proven ability to delegate, resolve conflicts, and manage time effectively with minimal supervision.
- Workflow Knowledge: Deep understanding of both clinical and front-office workflow processes.
