Technical Trainer

The trainer will be responsible for providing in-person, instructor-led training sessions to interns and early-career professionals.

• 1–3 years of experience delivering SaaS software training in virtual and/or onsite environments.
• Required: Experience with the client Ready platform (training, implementation, or administrative use).
• Preferred: Prior experience delivering structured training programs or onboarding initiatives.
• Strong adaptability and comfort with shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently while contributing to team initiatives.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to meet program schedules and deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and proactive approach to learner engagement and support.
