We are currently looking for a Full Time Psychologist to join our Strong Family Psychology team located at the Chickasaw Nation Medical Center working 8:00AM-5:00PM - Mo Tu We Th Fr.
Summary:
Provides comprehensive psychological services through clinical therapeutic practices.
Responsibilities:

- Adheres to Chickasaw Nation dress code standards
- May provide break coverage for others as assigned
- May augment staff in other areas as needed based on staffing and needs ratio in regularly assigned unit
- Maintain knowledge of and follow all laws, rules, regulations, policies and SOPs for assigned area, e.g. MICS, TICS, hospital standards, health codes, food sanitation, accounting principles, etc.
- Acts as a consultant to other physicians
- Provides family, couple, individual and group therapies as needed
- Implements empirically validated measurements into therapeutic practice to assess for client progress in therapy and to measure overall therapeutic effectiveness with clients
- Collaborates with other professionals to ensure for appropriate care of clients
- Assists in ongoing initiatives to build and maintain referrals for services
- Provides licensing supervision for license candidates and supervisees
- Conducts diagnostic screenings and assessments
- Serves as a resource to other medical professionals in the Chickasaw Nation Department of Health regarding mental health topics
- Provides clinical psychological assessments
- Facilitates skill building groups for employees, individuals, couples, and families
- Completes psychological fitness for duty exams and disability assessments
- All other duties as assigned
