Senior Accountant
Expanding Charlotte corporate office is seeking a Senior Accountant to join their team. Individual must be seeking diversity in day-to-day operations and have the ability work in a fast-paced environment. Salary up to $100k, plus bonus with excellent benefits.
Responsibilities of the Senior Accountant Include:
- Assist with Month End closing of general ledger including journal entries, account reviews, and various analyses.
- Prepare monthly bank and account reconciliations.
- Maintain integrity and accuracy of the transactions of all bank accounts.
- Prepare balance sheet reconciliations, research and account for all reconciling items.
- Prepare reports (monthly, quarterly, annually, and ad hoc) timely and accurately.
- Review financials/management report to ensure information is accurate.
- Assist with cash management.
Qualifications of the Senior Accountant Include:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
- 3-5 years of general accounting, accounts payable or other accounting related field is a must.
- Excellent time management, organizational and planning skills, with attention to detail.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Requires excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
