- Design: Shape land development and infrastructure projects, including stormwater, sanitary systems, roads and utilities.
- Collaborate: Communicate and coordinate with team members to deliver a wide range of private and public sector projects, by collaborating with Project Managers and other team members to deliver great projects.
- Engage and Train: At V3, flexibility is very important. Our multidisciplinary teams are always looking for opportunities to share our knowledge and expertise with others in the organization. This approach enhances collaboration and allows us to work closely together.
- Reports and Plans: Prepare reports, design plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
- Permitting Assistance: Assist your project team with civil and environmental permits and approvals.
- Water: At V3, we know water. You will work with teams that understand the many aspects of water and are industry leaders in helping protect that valuable resource. As a civil designer you will have opportunities to analyze and design projects impacted by or intentionally engaging with streams, floodplain, wetlands, and other water resources.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
- 5-10 years related experience.
- PE licensure (preferred but not required) Experience in AutoCAD Civil3D, GIS, and MicroStation (preferred).
- Familiarity with modeling/design tools (HEC-RAS, TR-20, XPSWMM (preferred but not required).
- Knowledge of hydrologic and hydraulic modeling/design tools (preferred).
