9280' Tap House is located at the base of Dercum Mountain in River Run Village. Hours of operation are daily and the outlet is open for lunch, dinner, and late night.
The Assistant Manager assists in the daily operation of 9280' and collaborates with the GM/Director on larger strategic issues and ideas. The AM is responsible for daily checklists and daily assignments of areas of responsibility. The AM also assists the GM with duties, general supervision, and discipline. This position is responsible for assisting with: ordering, inventory, payroll, scheduling, reporting, pricing, and other FOH duties.
Job Responsibilities:
- Cash handling, computer work, open/close duties, bank deposits, and accuracy in all money matters
- Assist in training, motivating, supervising, and retention of team
- Operate outlet to all applicable standards: KMD, Health Dept, Fire Dept, etc.
- Anticipate business volumes to achieve successful daily production of daily product as well as superior service
- Could include kitchen work, general cleaning, and more
Job Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of general work experience - required (F&B specific experience strongly preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience - required (F&B specific experience strongly preferred)
- Must provide own slip-resistant shoes in accordance with shoe policy prior to first day
- Able to work with standard exposure to noise, chemicals, kitchen, and bar/restaurant equipment
