The Keystone Snow Tubing Hill is a thrilling feature for both kids and adults. Operating throughout the day and into the evening - this is a great position for anyone who loves being outside in an alpine environment, meeting and interacting with guests all day. As an attendant of the Snow Tubing Hill you would be responsible for loading/unloading of conveyor lift, sending of guest down the tubing lanes and expediting those guests when they reach the bottom of the hill. Other job duties of the position include, but are not limited to:
- Providing exceptional guest service
- Greet every guest in a positive manner
- Providing information about Keystone Resort and its facilities
- May sell tickets
- Maintaining a safe work environment
- Maintenance of snow tubing area and snow castle areas includes snow work, mazes work, maintaining tools and supplies, cleaning yurts and restrooms
- Shoveling and racking snow in and around lift, in the maze area, in the lubing lanes and around yurts
- Chipping ice when needed
- Adhering to departmental and company policies and procedures as designated by management
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent - required
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills in English - required

At least 1 year of guest service experience - required
- Willingness to initiate guest contact in a friendly manner - required

Comfortable working outside in a winter, alpine environment - required
- Able to stand for long periods of time on uneven surfaces and in inclement weather - required
- Past experience working in a winter alpine environment - preferred
- Willingness and ability to work in a physicially demanding position - pushing and pulling tubes loaded with kids and adults
- Complete and pass a background check - required
