Responsibilities
- Manage a dedicated book(s) of business, handling the RFP process from proposal generation to order entry across assigned client brands and business verticals
- Partner internally with Sales and Revenue Management to implement packaging and pricing strategies based on established rate cards and guidelines
- Work closely with the Ad Ops team to execute campaigns, maximize delivery against contracted goals, and support client reporting needs
- Maintain and update pipeline activity in collaboration with the Sales team
- Manage budget revisions including incremental spend, optimizations, makegoods, and cancellations
- 2 years of professional experience; media sales planning and/or buying experience strongly preferred
- Enthusiastic team player with a collaborative spirit
- Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
